3 TART APPLES – PEELED, CORED, AND CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
1 CUP SEEDLESS GRAPES (CUT IN HALF)
2 STALKS CELERY, CHOPPED
¼ CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
4 TABLESPOONS VANILLA GREEK YOGURT
Put apples in a large bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over apples and toss in juice. Add the grapes, celery, and nuts. Mix. Add yogurt and lightly toss.
